He went on to publish more than forty-five books of poetry and prose, hundreds of novels, broadsides and more. This book is a collection of 64 of Bukowski's best stories, most first appeared in underground newspapers like "Open City" and "Nola Express." edited by Gail Chiarrello and published by the famous City Lights Books, bound in pictorial stiff paper wraps with a photographic image of Bukowski, lettering white, spine lettering black, light bump to foot keeps this book from being a fine copy. A near fine copy of a fine book.
