New York: Duell, Sloan and Pearce, 1967. Tenth printing. Hardcover. Very good/very good. SIGNED. 90pp. Thin quarto [28.5 cm] Gray cloth over boards, with very subtle warping to the rear board. In the pictorial dust jacket, with several small closed tears and chips in the edges. From the dust jacket-
