The text is illustrated with both colour and black and white photographs; some of the coloured plates have been tipped in. White coloured cloth covered boards with gold coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. Illustrated dustwrapper with black coloured titles to the front panel and black and white coloured titles to the back strip. Title says it all. Minor rubbing of the book edges with light tanning of the text block edges. A little ruffling of the dustwrapper edges with rubbing of the panels. The back strip shows sunning and the rear and front panel less so. The laminate of the front panel is lifting in places and remnants of a sticker can be seen to the top right hand corner of the front panel. Size: Folio ( 12"- 15" tall ). [4], 5 - 167, [1] pages,.
