Madrid: Editorial Mayfe, 1950 31 pps, 272 b/w photographic plates (laminas). Endpapers are printed with maps of Spain. The first book of series of three. Text toned but tight. Marked only by owner's identification on 1st (blank) page. Printed on heavy matte paper. Plates are clean and tight. Stunning photographs reflect the carbon printing technique characteristic of Echague's work. Red cloth boards with gold blind stamped titles anddrawing of a dancer are good. Type has worn off spine and to a lesser degree front cover.Bumped at extremities with no loss of material.. 8th Edition. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. Illus. by Author. 10 1/8" X 12 1/8".
