Yellow jacket features Eric Ravilious-designed knot to cover. --- Exposure to moisture has resulted in minor rippling to textblock and dampstains to leaf at rear of book, else a clean, firmly-bound copy. Fair only, severely brittle jacket with numerous tears & dampstains, publisher's yellow sticker to change title to Lynd's work from a biography of Napoleon; remaining mostly intact and protected in removable mylar wrapper.; 16mo - 6 to 7 in. tall; xiv, 274 pages .
