About This Item
London, England: Scientific Book Guild, 1962. Reprint . Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. Orig. published in 1960, this is the 1962 reprint of works by this eminent, Novel-prize-winning British physiologist. Hardcover in 395 pages, sewn binding. Book was stored since Brand New! but in an area that suffered damp &/or insect damage: this book was impacted only by light soiling to exterior page edge, some teeny holes on title page, & a somewhat musty odor. Only other flaw is that laminate coating is starting to peel, particularly at corners & spine, but still completely intact, just starting to lift up. Otherwise, it is completely clean inside, binding strong & straight, pages white & unmarked. NO DJ, as issued by publisher. Our photos depict the Exact book you will receive, never "stock" images of books we don't actually have! Same Day Shipping on all orders received by 2 pm Weekdays (Pacific); later orders, weekends & holidays ship very next business day.
