Rare Dust Jacket with First Issue Points: price to spine. "25/-", but lacking "Edited with Notes by Montague Summers", and also lacking extra blurb below text on bottom front panel: "One Of The Rarest Of All Witchcraft Manuals". Some age, extremity wear, light chip to spine head (see image). Full Parchment Vellum shows some age (see image), but still quite exceptional, and as above, Completely Unopened (hence Unread). Light age to pastedowns, otherwise internally Fine. Rubricated Title page and copious Rubricated marginal notes. Title in Full : An Examen Of Witches DRAWN from various trials of many of this sect in the district of Saint Oyan De Joux commonly known as Saint Claude in the county of Burgundy including the procedure necessary to a judge in trials for witchcraft.
