Green stiff paper covers. Cover edges are chipped and worn, corners are creased, covers are quite dirty and smudged, spine is creased, white residue on lower left edge of front cover. Ex. museum stamp and identification numbers on front cover, stamp on title page. Interior pages are browning along edges, some corners are creased. Document in Good+ to VG- condition.
