Compliments of C.T. Harvey Pantentee Albany March 6th." Harvey was the founder of the West Side and Yonkers Patent Railway Company. The plan is for what would become the Ninth Avenue El, the first elevated train in New York City, which began operation in July 1868, saw several extensions over the years, and ultimately closed in 1958.
