Oxford: Oxford University Press, 1857. Reprint. Hardcover. Very Good+. 8vo. [3], iv-xi, [2], 2-719, [3] pp. Polished contemporary brown calf with gilt borders to each board, spine in six compartments with gilt decorations and a maroon morocco label lettered in gilt on the spine, gilt decorations to the boards' edges; all edges marbled. Marbled endpapers and pastedowns. Revised and corrected by Rev. E. Burton. The fourth Oxford University Press edition. Pearson's Exposition of the Creed was first published in 1659. Light rubbing to the joints and corners, a small sticker ghost on the rear board.
