Paris: G. Jeener, 1895. Large 8vo, pp. 62, [1]; later marbled boards backed in green cloth, gilt title on spine, marbled edges, original printed paper wrappers bound in; label residue on upper pastedown, from the library of Sarah T. Prideaux, with her bookplate on upper wrapper; boards a touch rubbed, leaves a bit toned and tender at the gutters, but still sound, very good. With descriptions of bindings presented by about 50 binders in a juried exhibition, with Leon Gurel serving as jury president. Sarah T. Prideaux was a bookbinder and well-known historian of book history. She studied under Joseph W. Zaehnsdorf, and designed over 200 bindings over the course of her life.
