Stated "first edition" on copyright page, with limitation page before title page. Housed in publishers deluxe black cloth clamshell case. This book is signed three times by photographer David Hume Kennerly. First signature appears on limitation page: "This special author's edition of Extraordinary Circumstances: The Presidency of Gerald R. Ford is limited to 100 copies signed by David Hume Kennerly and numbered from 1 to 100. Each copy is accompanied by a fiber print from the original negative of the cover photo of President Ford taken by Kennerly in Hollis, New Hampshire, February 7, 1976. Each photo bears the same edition number as the book. This is copy number 61." Book is signed below the limitation by David Hume Kennerly. Presentation inscription appears on the title page: "To Susan Chambers, Great meeting you on the Vital Voices India Trip! Hope to see you again soon. David Hume Kennerly. Santa Monica. Nov. 6, 2012." Additional limited edition black and white photograph of President Gerald Ford, number 61 of 100, signed by photographer on front panel and rear limitation. An extraordinary limited edition copy of this work. Book is inscribed to Susan Chambers, a board member of the Kauffman Foundation and former Executive Vice President for Walmart.
