Very attractive uniform period mottled calf, slightly bumped to corners, raised bands, tooled in gilt. Both volumes with numerous engraved plates after H. Gravelot, W. Kent, J. Wootton, et al, Volume 2 with engraved frontispiece and title vignette. Volume 1 with 50 illustrations and title vignette (but no frontis as published).
