Binding tight, with no separations. Hinges intact. DJ in acceptable to poor condition edge wear, several small to large tears, mostly closed. Creased to front. Corner creases to flaps. (Archival tape to inside used to repair tears and prevent further damage) Placed in Brodart cover to help prevent further damage
