Gold illus card covers, black cerlox plastic binding, unpaginated (c. 180pp). A few B&W photos Kam Long is reputed to have been one of the finest Chinese chefs in Vancouver. This is a collection of about 144, mostly Cantonese, recipes: Breaded Boneless Almond Chicken (Soo Guy), Braised Curry Pork Spareribs, Fresh Mushroom Chow mein. (1.6 FO 48/2. 1st. Plastic Comb.
