This book is from the personal collection of Dr Dennis Krikler 1928-2016 who was one of the UKs most eminent cardiologists. This book bears his signature on the inside front cover and dated July 7, 1950. The contents and edges are in Fine conditions. There is a 1cm split to top of spine and a hardly noticeable lightening of colour on 2 spots on the front board.

With a facsimile dustwrapper from the original designed by Ernest Ullmann. In original cloth binding with a facsimile unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, cloth has some marks and bumping, as well as some chipping and sunning to the spine. Dustwrapper is smart. Internally, firmly bound and bright, with only some very occasional instances of spotting to the endpapers. Neat ink inscription to the front free endpaper. Good
