London: Lomngmans, Green and Co, 1896 Copy in maroon cloth on boards with gilt title on spine. Spine lightly sunned and rubbed at head/foot. Crack in front hinge. Some leaching topcorner of late folis fron boards. The contents are good exceptthat page 247 has a large cut-out from the folio (probably an illustration has been removed). some light internal cracks. Patterned end papers. Clean text with b/w illustrations. Some light foxing to folio fore-edges.
