New York:Mahlon Day and Co. 1840. 1st edition. 203pp. Hardcover, Green boards with design embossed on covers, with title in gilt to spine. Boards lightly rubbed and shelf-worn, with edge points worn to boards. Both ends of the spine are chipped and worn to boards. Internally, a previous owners inscription is inked to the 2nd free end-page but otherwise, a very good, clean copy. Pages are clean and bright with no foxing or age-toning. Sabin #29309
