Bound in handsome 3/4 brown cloth, over marbled boards. Very good binding and cover. Clean, unmarked pages. 904 p. From the library of John Glenn, (1858-1950), of the prominent Baltimore family. Glenn was director of the Russell Sage Foundation, a noted philanthropist, and Johns Hopkins trustee. Bartlett's Familiar Quotations is still in print in its seventeenth edition.
