Includes a 4x6 color snapshot of President Johnson presenting the book. Twelvemo, 146pp. Black cloth spine, gilt title on spine, brown paper boards with gilt title. Stated "first edition" on copyright page. In publisher's dust jacket. Very good condition in a dust jacket with rubbing and a couple of closed tears at the edges. .
