Covers the Forsyth family of Utah. This is a family record book filled out with names dates and residence. Parents Births, marriages and deaths. Earliest entry in ink is 1813. About 13 pages in front section filled out. Two pages Church Record. Four pages Sealing and Adoption Records, Most of book filled out is at end 56 pages, Record of Baptisms, Endowments, Ordinations and Sealings for the Dead. Earliest date 1746 Roxburgh Scotland. Spine off with leather section laid in. P-o leather title. Corners frayed foxing, dampness and waterstain spots bottom edge front pages. Tp pulled but present.
