Masterson's series of sketches on famous Western gun fighters including Ben Thompson, Wyatt Earp, Luke Short, Doc Holliday, Bill Tilghman, and Buffalo Bil Cody. Alfred Henry Lewis writes a chapter on Bat Masterson.
