New York: Beechhurst Press, 1956. Hardcover. 4to (11.25 x 8.75"), gilt black cloth cover. [6], 116 pp., numerous b&w illus. Inscribed by author, with full-page original pen and ink sketch by Gross of the figure of a woman and two girls at ffep. Inscription reads: "To my dear friends - Mary and Gus - with friendship. Chaim Gross. In March. 19. 1956." CONDITION: Very good, moderately rubbed and scuffed covers, clean interior, sound binding. First edition with a charming original drawing.
