Somewhat rubbed along the bottom edges. Inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked. Dust jacket is shelf rubbed and has some light wear to the edges and corners. A photo-essay about farmhouses and their outbuildings, with full colour photographs, mostly taken by Paul Rocheleau. May require extra postage due to weight of book. .
