"An antiwar appeal to farmers during the period of the Nazi-Soviet pact. Farmers are said to face conscription of their sons for a useless slaughter, to be followed by loss of democratic rights. Farmers are urged to vote for communist candidates in 1940 in protest against Roosevelt-Wall Street war plans" (SEIDMAN H1).
