If I have accidentally grossly misrepresented the book(s), then I will allow a return, and will cover return postage costs and issue a full refund, to include original postage costs. I will not be held responsible for book(s) damaged during shipment if a buyer does NOT procure insurance against such damage. If a buyer procures insurance coverage against loss or damage, then I will follow up with the shipping carrier to obtain a refund for the buyer.
