London: printed for John williams at the Crown in S. Paul's Church-yard, 1655, 1655. Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. 12mo. 15cm x 10cm. [20], 3-203, [1]pp. Some minor worm to lower part of the intro disappearing at the start of the text main. Some other small holes in the lower part of about 20pp otherwise very good. A contemporary ink inscription on the title page says "very excellent and very rare Book worth 7/10 I never saw another copy." Indeed it is poorly represented in libraries. Only 4 UK and 3 US locations. Rebound in full leather with raised bands and period style label.
