David Douglas, Edinburgh, 1906, pp. lxxxvi, 369, illustrations and two folding maps. Original green cloth, spine dull, gilt lettering very faded, but sound, clean condition. Ex-library with bookplate inside, ink stamp to verso of title page, a few marginal blind stamps, else contents very good.
