Price and date in pencil on ffep. Published Sept. 1915. DJ in mylar. DJ missing piece along front "flap"; small pieces missing at top and bottom of spine; smoe chipping; small closed tears; wrinkling/creasing along edges; dirtiness. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall
