Includes introduction, glossary, photographic credits. Profusely illustrated with b&w prints. Shelfwear to DJ: moderate scuffing and tanning along edges and covers, heavy spine fade, two 1-inch missing pieces and one 1/2-inch missing piece along spine, a few small tears and missing pieces along edges, some light smudge marks on back cover. DJ in mylar. Light tanning along page edges. Otherwise, tightly bound with very clean and crisp pages. No marks. Volume is in Very Good condition.. Signed and Inscribed by Author. Hard Cover. Very Good/Fair in Mylar.
