London: George G. Harrap & Co, 1955. Hardback. Good/Poor. George G. Harrap & Co Ltd, London, 1955. Book condition: good. A little shelf wear with some light bumping to lower corners. Slight split to endpapers at front hinge which is a little weak but still bound. Very light sporadic spotting - mainly to text block edges. Dust jacket: poor. Price clipped. Generally rubbed and worn. Some slight loss to both upper and lower edges, corners chipped, closed tears to upper edge of front and rear flap. For a number of years Harrap published authoritative accounts of the never-ending struggle between England and Australia. A. G. Moyes was the chosen writer for this edition. Moyes was a leading Australian sports writer and commentator; he was also a cricketer of note before World War 1. With 22 half-tone illustrations.
