White and grey illustrated paper covers with black lettering. Small 1/2" tear on bottom cover near spine. Light bumping to edges and corners of covers and light overall scuffing and aging. Binding tight (staple bound). Pages lightly aged but otherwise clean and unmarked. Includes laid-in estimate sheet. Black and white illustrations . NOT Ex-library. NO remainder marks.
