New York: Robert Grier Cooke, 1907. Probable first edition (same date on TP and CP with no additional printings listed). Red cloth with gilt titles and illustrated paper label on the front board. The spine is slanted. Moderate shelfwear. Spine gilt a bit tarnished. Front hinge just starting to crack. An unmarked copy in an otherwise sound binding.. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
