Pp. 48, i-v, (index); 20 text-figures (fine line-drawings of fish). Publisher's original dark gray printed wrappers, sm 4to. Bulletin of the Bureau of Fisheries, volume 26 (document no. 606). Name stamp of ichthyologist of Robert Anderson on the front wrapper and title page. Large ink signature of 'Chamberlain' along the top edge of the front wrapper.
