New York: Abrams, 1991. Second Printing. Inscribe by Fletcher Benton on half-title page. FINE IN NEAR-FINE DUST JACKET WITH VERY MINOR WEAR. SMALL BOOKSTORE LABEL. Bibliographic note. The first prining in 1990 has red coth boards. The 1991 second printing has black cloth boards. On the copyright page there is no distiction of printings, just the different dates, so it is easy to mistake the 1991 printing for a first printing.
