One of 750 of a total edition of 2500cc with an extra color plate listing the subscribers. xiv, 261pp+index and extra folding plate listing subscribers. Bookplate on front free endpaper, else a very good hardback bound in publisher's yellow cloth and matching slipcase. Case has some light war to the extremities and a couple of small stains, but is otherwise very good. Prospectus. extra print and holograph signed note from Dunthorne laid in.
