Signed by the illustrator on the Limitation Page. Publisher's full green cloth with embossed oak leaves, gilt lettering on spine, top edge russet. Illustrated with 40 sketches by R. J. Holden printed in a warm russet. Black slipcase with printed paper label. Monthly Letter of the Limited Editions Club (January 1941, No. 129) laid in. . The volume shows only the slightest shelf-wear, otherwise it is in virtually perfect, pristine condition, unmarked, tight, square, and clean. The slipcase is solid, but shows some wear, with loss of the paper covering, at the heel of the spine and at the corners. NEAR FINE. . The Limited Editions Club Series. Drawings.
