Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Overall a good condition item. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and tanning.

Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with minor corner bumping and crushing to ends. Spine is slightly sunned. Unclipped jacket. Light tanning and foxing to all surfaces, heavier to spine. Panels have light edgewear, with small tears, chips and creases, heavier to spine ends.

Boards have moderate shelf wear with mild bumping and fraying to corners and crushing and fraying to spine ends. All surfaces tanned, particularly spine. Gilt lettering to spine is dulled but remains brighter on front. Unclipped jacket has heavy edge wear with tears, chipping and creasing. All surfaces heavily tanned, particularly spine.

In overall good condition - original green cloth boards, with yellow titles to spine and yellow illustration to front, are somewhat soiled. Internally very clean. Binding tight, no annotations or inscriptions; tanning to page-ends but text and cartoons clean and clear throughout. From a private collection, not an old library book.
