Appears unread, pages are clean, bright and binding tight. No foxing or tears to pages. Dust jacket condition: Near Fine. Jacket is unclipped with mild shelf wear and a few trivial soiling specks on the covers. Not a reprint, not a facsimile autograph, not Ex-library and not remainder marked. Overall a about fine copy. Signed and inscribed to David Graham by author and actress Vickery Turner. David Graham was the actor most known as "Dalek" in the science fiction TV series Doctor Who during the 1960's and as the "Big Brother" voiceover for the famous Apple Macintosh computer commercial "1984" by director Ridley Scott broadcasted January 22, 1984 for Super Bowl XVIII. The author's first novel, a mystery about the search for a long lost relative. Vickery Turner was a British actress, theater director and novelist who was married to actor Warren Oates who starred in The Wild Bunch (1969) and several films by director Sam Pekinpah. Vickery starred in several TV shows and feature films including Crooks and Coronets (1969) where she met Warren Oates. As of this writing, this is the only known signed copy of the author's first novel on the market today. Scarce title and signed collectible. 204 pgs. 8vo.
