First edition of Forget Me Not; A Christmas, New Years, and Birthday Present for 1830 edited by Frederic Shoberl.In the original publisher's paper covered boards. Illustrated with a frontispiece, a vignette title page, and twelve monochrome plates throughout the text. Also includes an embossed leaf tipped in to the front. Collated, complete. Frederic Shoberl was the editor of Forget Me Not, the first literary annual in English. This years annual includes contributions from Lord Byron, Richard Thomson, and more. In the original publisher's paper covered boards. Externally, sound. There is some bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. There is some loss to the tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean with the odd spot. Good
