Philadelphia: Dorrance and Company, 1969. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/very good. First edition. Hardcover. Octavo. 180pp. SIGNED BY SARAH SNOW, " Sarah Elizabeth Snow daughter of Frank James." Black cloth, lightly rubbed at head and tail. Very slightly cocked. Dust jacket faded on spine and lightly rubbed, light edgewear and small chip. "History tells us that desperado Jesse James was killed in 1882, and that his equally notorious brother Frank surrendered in 1883. The classic American legend is that neither were apprehended, that they faded into anonymity and died of natural causes..." Here the children of Joe Vaughn claim that the legend is true and Vaughn was the real Frank James.
