Covers are lightly scuffed with some discoloration/stains but all designs and text clear; corners have been bumped with some rubbing wear, otherwise very light edge wear; tightly bound; clean interior with occasional light foxing; 1 interior leaf with 2 inch closed tear at tail edge and 1 interior leaf with 3/4 inch closed tear at fore edge - both neatly repaired with archival paper; 2 interior pages with some black ink smudges - all text legible.
