Salt Lake City, UT: University of Utah Press, 1987. Hardcover. Very good+/very good. Maroon cloth boards in dust jacket, octavo, frontispiece in b&w, otherwise not illustrated. Book has hint of wear to bottom edges of boards, binding tight, text clean and unmarked, with foxing to top edge of block. DJ has heavy sun to spine and rear panel, mild rubbing.
