Near Fine/Good. 27.5 cm x 33 cm Limited to 1050 copies this being number 118.xxv - 111pp top edge gilt pages uncut, frontis and 81 full page plates.Age browning to the end papers and to the 1/2 title, the contents clean and tight with no marks or inscriptions. Bound in the publishers violet watered silk binding with gilt title within ornate gilt borders. The binding in fine condition with no chips splits or marks, in th plain paper DJ some closed tears and chipping. Retained in the publishers white card drop over box with paper title label. Rubbing corners and edges.
