Cracking at the rear boards, split to the hinge, exposing netting. Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning and foxing, heavier to end-papers and paste-downs. Previous owner's inscription to front free end-paper. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Gilt lettering is darkened. Mild crushing to spine ends. Minor fraying to cloth at spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean.
