Black and white illustrations and illustrative plates throughout. Pages and binding are presentable with no major defects. Minor issues present such as mild crinkling, occasional foxing, inscriptions and mild tanning. Boards have mild edge wear with light rubbing and crushing. Some light marking and tanning causing discolouration. Gilt lettering is darkened. There is bumping to corners. Boards are bowed. Book has a slight forward lean.
