First edition. Stated fourth printing. Author's full signature with a charming inscription on first endpaper that reads as follows" For Dacia and Caroline, With every good wish and the warning that frogs will probably never again be quite the same for you." This is followed by a forwarding gift inscription.Book is in excellent condition except for spotting and lightening along both sides of the spine. Light soiling along inside of spine between covers and endpapers. Binding is tight. Pages are clear, clean, without tears, folds, marks or foxing. Clipped dj is has light soiling and wear at back dj cover. Two small tears at the back dj top corner. Quite a bit of soling on the verso of the dj, which does not show through. (see photos).
