A wonderful story about a young boy named Alan who, while looking for his dog, Fritz, stumbles in the garden of Abdul, a somewhat sinister retired magician. And thus begins Alan's adventures! Illustrated with beautiful and captivating full page illustrations by Van Allsburg in black and white. Oblong Quarto. 9.5 x 11.5 inches. 32 pp. A lovely copy of the renowned Van Allsburg's first book.

Synopsis
