First edition, second printing. 344pp, three sections of colour and black and white photographic plates. Black cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Lightly bumped spine heel. Text block edge and page margins tanned. Gutter stretched at title page, perhaps when author signed and inscribed, 'To Tony Happy Birthday...'. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket has some shelf wear, light chipping to edges, mirrors book damage, not price clipped.
