Includes a detailed map of Gatineau Park (45x17.5"") in near fine condition except for 3/4"" tear to left edge. A proposal for maintaining the wilderness area near Quebec describes its biology, geology, forests, aquatic environments and plants and animals, along with political and human histories, and offers land use ideas, including education, recreation and management policy. The area remains under debate in the 21st century.
